Mild Brew: Place one heaped teaspoon per cup into a mesh infuser. Add to boiled water for 10 minutes with cover/saucer over cup while brewing to limit the herbal goodness from evaporating. Remove infuser.

Strong Brew: Add 1 Tbs + 2 cups of water to small pot. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes before straining liquid into your cup.

Enjoy hot or cold.

For optimal health benefits drink without milk or sugar.

Sweeten with raw honey if you desire.

Boost with slice of fresh ginger while brewing.
